The process
Kickoff Meeting
At our initial meeting, we’ll discuss your goals and clarify key details. During this meeting, we’ll provide you with an initial estimate of the production costs and the next steps.
Preliminary concept
In the next step, we’ll work together to develop a rough concept. Here, we’ll define the content structure and the overarching theme. Together, we’ll decide which key messages to focus on and which visual style best supports learning success.
Script
Based on this concept, we develop the script and gather requests for visualizations.
Animatic
After the planning phase, we create an animatic as a simple, preliminary version of the video. This initial visualization allows you to get an early idea of the final result and suggest changes before the complex final production begins.
Finalization
After taking your suggestions into account, we will produce the final video and make it ready for use in the teaching.
We’ll showcase your institute or research project. Whether it’s promotional videos for academic programs, presentations of project results, or professional science communication, we ensure the right public image.

In the next step, we’ll work together to develop a rough concept. Here, we’ll determine which locations and elements should be featured and who will convey the key messages—whether through interviews or a narration.
Shooting schedule
We schedule the filming dates, determine who will appear on camera, and outline the key topics of the interviews to ensure that the shoot proceeds efficiently and effectively.
Finalization
We take care of the finishing touches: color correction, sound design, and the addition of graphics or names. Once you’ve given your final approval, your video will be ready for release on your website, social media, or at events.
At our studio, we produce high-quality speeches, welcome messages, podcasts, and presentations. If necessary, we can also bring the studio equipment directly to your institute.

Kickoff Meeting
At our initial meeting, we’ll discuss what content to include and the impact you’d like to achieve. We’ll also clarify the scope of post-production right away: you decide whether you’d like to take the raw footage home immediately afterward or if you’d prefer us to edit the material for you and enhance it with professional transitions or graphics.
Implementation
During the recording, we’ll provide technical support and ensure a comfortable atmosphere.
Finalization
After the session, we’ll move on to the agreed-upon post-production work. If necessary, we’ll handle the editing, add names or presentation slides, and take care of the final audio optimization before delivering the finished file to you.
We’ll equip you with the skills to produce your own media. In our courses, you’ll learn everything about camera settings, sound recording, editing software and the use of AI. The programme also covers specialised storytelling and the creation of explainer videos.
